• Content you upload: audio/video files and the resulting transcripts, processed to provide the Service.
• Usage data: log data, device/browser information, and how you interact with the Service.
• Payment data: processed by our third-party payment provider. We receive limited transaction details, such as that a payment succeeded, but not your full card number.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including generating transcriptions.
• To manage your account, subscription, and support requests.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We use trusted third parties to operate the Service, including: a third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record for payments, our hosting and infrastructure providers, AI/transcription processing providers, and email/communication providers. These parties process data only as needed to provide their services and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Uploaded media is used solely to produce your transcription and related features. You may delete your files and transcripts from your account. On account deletion, associated content is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Depending on your location, including under the EU GDPR and Brazil's LGPD, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact hello@scriptario.com.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
